A NEW publication on Effects of SGLT2 inhibitors on lipoprotein metabolism: From clinical evidence to molecular mechanisms . In collaboration with Prof. Norata’s Team at the Department of Pharmacological and Biomolecular Sciences, University of Milan, Milan, Italy Click here https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1043661823000233?via%3Dihub

Recently we published a review focusing on crosstalk between high density lipoproteins (HDLs) and endothelial cells. Sex hormones and sex-specific gene expression are important although still incompletely understood determinants in the regulation of HDLs and endothelial cell cross talk and their contribution to cardiovascular health and disease. Crosstalk between high-density lipoproteins and endothelial cells in health and disease: Insights into sex-dependent modulation

Our newest translational study addressing the effect of acute administration of trimethylamine N‑oxide on endothelial function. Click here to view.

The newest results from prof. Osto on “Multiparametric assessment of coronary flow reserve in psoriasis” is published. Check it out here.

New Review about on Endothelium as barrier and target of HDLs protective functions published by Dr. Osto and her colleagues. Find out more here

Sex-Specific Interpretation of Coronary Flow Reserve and Fractional Flow Reserve Metrics, Including Their Companions (2019)
